Somewhat dressy shorts outfits - older brother is dressier, younger wears t-shirts. They are not gay - they are brothers and both have wives and children today. Target market are intelligent type of kids ages 8-12. Originally aired on PBS in the late 90s.

Their newest series, Be The Creature targets adults and aired on National Geographic Channel. I haven't found any whole episodes on YouTube. May or may not have weetlook.
